My name is Carol
About Me Yoga has been an integral part of my life since 2010, shaping me into a stronger, more flexible, and fearless individual both on and off the mat. Trained in many different styles of yoga, I founded my yoga studio in 2019 and proudly brought Bikram Yoga to the south of Johannesburg. As a lifelong student of yoga, I am immensely grateful for the wisdom imparted by my teachers. In my classes, I blend creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness and inspiration, empowering you to deepen your practice. My goal is to help you thrive in life, nurturing your body, mind, and soul through yoga, so that you feel refreshed, nourished, and balanced as you step off the mat.
